I graduated from Kripalu in June 2011 with a certificate as an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant, after completing 800+ hours of intensive training. I am certified to offer diet and lifestyle recommendations. To receive my certificate I also completed Anatomy and Physiology and Medical Terminology. Ayurveda, the science of life, teaches us the fundamental principles of who we are, how we work and why we are here. Since 2012, I have guided my clients about their connection to nature - seasons, food, tastes, spices, herbs, breath and the universal cohesiveness we all share. Through whole healing, along with right foods and lifestyle choices this 5,000+ year-old science has a proven world-wide track record and can bring your body, mind and spirit back into perfect balance & harmony.
I am a licensed massage therapist (LMT) in Colorado and a Professional member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association and am recognized as an Ayurvedic Practitioner. I am a licensed bodyworker and I offer Ayurveda Snehana, Shirodhara, facial, deep tissue, trigger point and Swedish massage. I have completed a course as an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist and every year I continue my advanced studies in Ayurvedic training. In 2015 I became a certified yoga teacher. I am a Reiki Master, since 2001. I have taken wellness courses and am a partner with Juice Plus+ (since 2005) with a vast knowledge of nutrition and health. As a wellness nutritionist, I understand the application of herbal and homeopathic practices and I have done a lot of personal growth to get to where I am today so I can understand the practical applications I will be offering. It has been my passion for many years to practice what I preach in terms of eating whole foods, exercise and living a clean life. I grow a lot of my own food and share my knowledge with others freely. What motivates me is when someone expects something from me. When I commit to you then I have made a personal
commitment to myself.
One of my biggest accomplishments is being a full time mother to my 2 children and being married since 1991. I find time (most) days to meditate, practice yoga, garden, hike, play outside and prepare home-cooked meals for my family and friends.
