Pitta - fire & water, that which digests, hot, light, fluid, flowing, penetrating, Summer season, adult stage of life
Kapha (kafa)- water & earth, that which nourishes & connects, unctuous, cold, heavy, slow, stable, Spring season, childhood
Abhyanga - self oil massage
Agni - digestive fire
Ama - toxins
Dhatu - tissue
Dinacharya - daily routine or ritual
Dosha - biological humor or consitution(vata, pitta, kapha)
