Dinacharya - #1 drink warm water

  • The first thing each morning: drink a glass of warm water.
  • WHY?- it is more hydrating than cold water, better for your tissues. You probably haven't had a drink since the night before and your body needs the hydration. Your internal temperature is 99 degrees so the water you're drinking should be a similar temperature. Warm water clears toxins from the system and elimination is better.
